I bought this because I sometimes feel dizzy and faint during my period when I'm tired. The pharmacist said having more iron would help. I've taken it for a month or two before, and while it seems to work well, it's quite expensive, unfortunately. - jo*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedApr 24, 2023
It tastes like grape juice, which is delicious and not fishy at all. Iron supplements are divided into heme and non-heme iron, with heme iron having higher absorption rates and fewer side effects like digestive issues. I appreciate that this product uses heme iron, reducing the risk of side effects. The individual packaging is hygienic, and each packet contains 12mg of iron, meeting the daily recommended intake. The price is quite steep, which is a bit of a burden. It's also inconvenient that it's mainly available only in pharmacies. - -r*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 22, 2023
The pharmacist recommended this when I went to buy menstrual pain medication. Since blood loss occurs during menstruation, I thought it would be good to replenish iron, so I purchased it. While it can't eliminate the pain entirely, I felt my overall condition improved. They say it's best to take it continuously, but I already take many supplements, so I plan to use this product only during my menstrual period. The taste is also quite palatable, so I'm taking it without any issues. The price is higher than I expected... I think it was around $90 for a month's supply.
