Since it's a chewable product, it seems to absorb better, and I loved that it comes in a generous amount. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. I received this as a gift, and it's so tasty to chew on like a snack that I find myself taking it regularly. Being a multivitamin, I feel it's much better than not taking any supplements at all! Great value for money with its affordable price and generous quantity! Plus, it's so tasty that it's like eating candy. I have my regular supplements, but I use this product as a supplement. On particularly tough days or when my energy dips in the afternoon, I pop one of these, and it really gives me a boost! Given that the ingredient amounts are all quite small, I'd recommend using this as a supplementary product rather than a primary source of nutrients. You can get a better deal with the PX discount. I definitely notice a difference on days when I take my multivitamin regularly versus when I don't, so I make sure to take it consistently! Just remember not to take it right before bed. Great value with the large size, so it lasts a long time. I love that you can get your minerals along with it too! While it's cheaper in bulk, you need to be careful about storage and preservation. I received this from a friend and tried it out. The size is really generous, and the value for money is no joke! It's great as a supplement to share with family. Plus, it tastes delicious! To be honest, I'm not sure if I notice any significant effects from these kinds of supplements. But there's still a psychological boost in energy when I take them.

Great value for money and affordable, plus it lasts a long time. The taste isn't bad either. On days when I take it, I feel less fatigued compared to days when I don't. It's really good. There's honestly nothing to complain about. If anything, it's so average that it doesn't have any standout features... that's about it? You can purchase it at a discounted price from PX/BX stores.
