A staple I've been using consistently for 10 years It matches my complexion so well that I keep repurchasing whenever I run out It's my go-to product that I always buy haha. It really brings life to my face It looks natural without that overly "lipsticky" feel Applies relatively well even in winter without major dryness No major drawbacks. The only downside is the ever-increasing price Great as a basic product for adding vitality to your look! It's good for touch-ups even over makeup, and above all, it allows for natural-looking touch-ups!! - cd******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 16, 2025
It's absolutely gorgeous! The tingling sensation isn't painful, it's more like the pleasant fizz you get from eating Pop Rocks candy. It's fantastic as a natural-looking matte base for bare lips, and also works beautifully as a hydrating lip color. When applied to the cheeks, it creates a stunning rose-petal flush, but the tingling sensation is a bit much... If it weren't for that tingling, I'd use it on my cheeks too. The color is truly breathtaking! There aren't any real downsides. If this level of stickiness is too much for you, you might have to give up on moisturizing lip products altogether... - dh********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2025
It's such a cool color! It has more pigment than a regular lip balm, making it perfect for touch-ups. The intense plumping effect is a big no-no on days when your lips are chapped. This lip product offers a vibrant shade that's more noticeable than a standard lip balm, making it ideal for quick color refreshes throughout the day. However, be cautious about using it when your lips are dry or damaged, as the strong plumping ingredients might cause discomfort. - to********Combination SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedApr 13, 2025
As someone with cool undertones, I'd say this lip gloss can't quite match up to Dior's Lip Maximizer. However, I absolutely adore the color range from this brand. It's totally cool-toned perfection! The color payoff is a bit weak when applied on its own. That's really the only downside I can think of. - gu*********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 11, 2025
The cool-toned shade is incredibly attractive. It gives a subtle, not overpowering effect, which I highly recommend. The packaging is also quite pretty. The color is more intense than I expected, closer to 70% pigmentation if we're talking percentages. I wish they'd release a more sheer version, around 30% pigmentation, that looks more like a tinted lip balm. Personally, I feel a lighter shade would be more versatile for everyday use. As it is now, the color payoff is sufficient with just one application, but if it were lighter, it would be easier to layer with other lip products for a more natural look. - pp******Dehydrated SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedApr 10, 2025
- This lip gloss is perfect for light summer cool tones. Sometimes I catch myself admiring my lip color after applying it. I believe lip products with intense colors can make light undertones look dull. I prefer a subtle look for lips and eyeshadow. - I'm on my fourth tube, including gifts and personal purchases. I use it sparingly, alternating with other products. At work, I apply any tint for survival, but for social outings when I want moisturized lips with a nice color, this is my go-to. - It has a mild plumping effect, making it comfortable for everyday use. If you're after a stronger plumping effect, I'd recommend trying a Banila Co product instead. - While the effect is subtle, that's what makes it great for daily use. On days when my lips are flaky and in poor condition, a thin layer in the morning helps soothe them by afternoon. - The downside, as with most lip glosses, is its poor staying power. The prettiest moment lasts about 30 minutes after application. It disappears quickly after a sip of water or a drink at a café, and forget about it lasting through a meal at a restaurant. - Despite the poor longevity, the beautiful color makes up for it as a makeup item. - If you have a light undertone, keep one on hand to apply on those days when you need a mood boost. - Combine it with Dior lipstick and lip liner for that Instagram-worthy lip look. Highly recommended! - y2********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 20, 2025
The color is absolutely gorgeous! If your personal color is Summer Cool Light, you absolutely must try this. It gives a dewy glow and creates a delicate, soft lip color. While the color is beautiful, the staying power is weak. It disappears after drinking water a few times. - 11******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 15, 2025
I bought this because I heard it's perfect for summer. As someone with a light undertone, I found it looks beautiful when applied on its own. It's a lovely glass-like lip gloss that gives a nice Hwahae glow, so I find myself reaching for it often. If you apply too much, it can look a bit greasy. You need to be careful with the amount you use. - rh********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresFeb 18, 2025
The design is so pretty, it's a joy to carry around. It's perfect for those with light undertones. Although it's a raspberry color, when applied alone it gives a subtle pink tint that's slightly more vibrant than your natural lip color. It has a plumping effect that makes your lips feel cool and look fuller. The staying power is surprisingly long-lasting. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a glossy lip product! It's stickier than expected and quite sheer on its own, so you need to apply it over another tint for it to be noticeable. - al*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 21, 2025
As someone who doesn't suit matte lips, I'm a wanderer who swears by Dior's moisturizing lip products. When applied, it goes on with a clear, bright finish. For those with cool undertones, it'll be a beautiful shade without feeling too warm! There's a slight warming sensation when applied, but the plumping effect isn't too intense. However, thanks to its glossy nature, it makes your lips look plump and bouncy. Even without a strong plumping effect, it naturally makes your lips appear fuller and does a great job of filling in fine lines. If I had to nitpick for downsides, I'd say the wicked price and somewhat dated packaging...? Oh, and it does tend to transfer quite a bit. But that's unavoidable with glosses, so let's just turn a blind eye to that, shall we?
