One daily capsule provides the full daily dose. Made with organic ingredients. The capsule size is quite large, which may be difficult to swallow. Those who struggle with taking pills might find it challenging. The bottle cap is hard to open.

I'm really pleased with Marikind iron supplements because I haven't experienced any constipation. The pills are slightly large, but not to a problematic extent. Iron is better absorbed when taken on an empty stomach! Both the main and secondary ingredients are organic and vegan, so you can consume them with peace of mind. It's great that one tablet per day meets the daily recommended intake, as 24mg of iron is considered necessary for iron supplementation. Iron in liquid form is more easily absorbed and has fewer side effects like stomach discomfort, so it would be nice if they also offered a liquid version.
