This is the vitamin I always made sure to take when I lived in the US! It was especially helpful when I felt low on energy during my period! It's quite expensive in Korea. However, you can get it for much less if you order directly from iHerb! I used to love this product for its decent ingredients, great value, and easy consumption Unfortunately, it didn't agree with me. For the first time ever, I felt the vitamins were upsetting my stomach. Sadly, I had to discontinue use

I remember taking these vitamins before and having a positive experience. Given that this product has been thoroughly tested internationally, you can consume it with confidence. I didn't experience any discomfort while taking them, and I felt my overall condition improving, so I made sure to take them consistently until I finished the bottle. Throughout the entire course, I never felt that the product was lacking or inadequate in any way. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the lid design. Other than that, I didn't have any negative feelings about the product. I took them regularly but eventually stopped because I wanted to try other supplements. I definitely plan to purchase these again when I have the chance. It's more cost-effective to buy these in a set rather than individually. It's like a multivitamin for your skin - convenient to use all at once and dissolves well in water. There's nothing particularly remarkable about it. It's just... okay? I can't really say if it's better than anything else.

However, I do experience some heartburn if taken on an empty stomach, so I take it within an hour after lunch. ✓ Contains multiple vitamins and minerals It's formulated based on the recommended daily intake for Koreans, serving as a comprehensive multivitamin. Switching to this product has significantly reduced the number of supplements I need to take, decreasing my digestive discomfort! I've heard that synthetic folic acid isn't ideal. It might be best to research other folic acid options and find a product that suits you to take alongside this one. It's a good idea to supplement any lacking nutrients with additional vitamins. I'm also taking other supplements like Thorne Research products alongside this one.

While suitable for daily maintenance, these supplements are a bit low in vitamin B. I didn't realize it when I first started taking them, but knowing they contain iron makes them even better in my opinion. The pills are quite large, so you need to drink plenty of water and swallow carefully.
