Plus, it contains various minerals like calcium, chromium, copper, magnesium, and manganese, so you don't need to worry about taking other supplements. There's nothing particularly bad about it! This is a multivitamin specifically designed for men. I was impressed that it contains 20 nutrients that meet 100% of daily requirements. It's great because even my dad, who usually finds taking supplements a hassle, consistently remembers to take this vitamin. I also like that it's zero calories. The pill size is reasonable, and it's not difficult to swallow. The only downside is that while most multivitamins require just one pill per day, this one recommends taking two pills daily, which is a bit inconvenient.
