I take both For Women and this supplement, and I feel less fatigued. Actually, Alive is quite famous on its own! I've been taking it consistently, and I think it's because of this that when I travel, I feel less tired compared to others. That's why I recommend it to people around me - it must be thanks to this supplement! I love that it's packed with so many nutrients.

Maybe because it's so nutrient-rich, but the pill is really big. It's scary to swallow.

There's nothing to complain about. While the concentration might be slightly lower compared to Two-Per-Day, it's not even a drawback.
