The pill size is a bit large, which might make it difficult to swallow. I take both For Women and this supplement, and I feel less fatigued. Actually, Alive is quite famous on its own! I've been taking it consistently, and I think it's because of this that when I travel, I feel less tired compared to others. That's why I recommend it to people around me - it must be thanks to this supplement! I love that it's packed with so many nutrients. Maybe because it's so nutrient-rich, but the pill is really big. I absolutely love it! It's fantastic. Among vitamin products, this one offers incredible value for money. There's nothing to complain about. While the concentration might be slightly lower compared to Two-Per-Day, it's not even a drawback.

I bought this after comparing ingredients and seeing the high concentration! Taking it consistently, I noticed my nails were breaking less. People also mentioned my complexion looked better. I'm not sure if it helps with fatigue... The pills are large and smelly, making them difficult to swallow. Sometimes I feel unwell after taking them. However, I tend to feel sick even when taking other multivitamins after meals, so multivitamins might not suit me in general. It's cheaper if you buy it directly from overseas! It's a solid vitamin supplement. After taking it for the first time, I felt like my fatigue lifted, so I've been consistently taking it. I stock up when there are discounts. - Effectiveness When I stop taking multivitamins, I tend to develop inflammation more easily. Since I started taking them again, I rarely get inflamed. I'm taking them to stay healthy. - Pill Size Why do all foreign pills have to be so large? It's a bit challenging for me to swallow. The high vitamin B content was really helpful when I felt low on energy. It was especially great to take before working out. Due to the high vitamin B content, it can be a bit much to take daily, especially during periods of physical activity. The strong smell can be overwhelming if taken after meals, causing an unpleasant aftertaste.

It's so convenient that my husband and I can share this one supplement. All the essential vitamins are packed into a single pill! While there's nothing particularly disappointing, the pill is about the size of an omega-3 capsule since it contains so many vitamins in one dose. This might be challenging for those who have difficulty swallowing larger pills.
