  I'm not sure if it's based on the standard for adult Korean men, but the amount of ingredients felt excessive to me. Worried about straining my liver or kidneys, I only took about half a tablet from the start. Like most tablet vitamins, the smell makes it unpleasant to consume. The pill size is larger than average, making it difficult to swallow.
