I used it with my mom, and she said it was quite nice I used it on my mom, but it was hard to purchase because I bought it a loooong time ago. I bought this vitamin supplement for myself and my husband too. My husband usually doesn't care much about nutritional supplements, but I've been making sure he takes them regularly. He says there's nothing to complain about except that the pills are a bit large.

It's convenient and great value for money with so many nutrients packed into a single capsule. While it contains many natural ingredients, those who don't tolerate it well might experience severe digestive issues. This is the multivitamin supplement my dad consistently takes. If taken on an empty stomach, it can cause a slight burning sensation. It's better to take it with meals.
