I appreciated that both products were easy to take, with no strong taste or smell. While the Vitamin B was orange, I noticed this product was yellow. This multivitamin contains a wider variety of nutrients, including Vitamins A and C, making it a great choice for those looking for a comprehensive supplement.
ConsI initially bought the Vitamin B12 Plus since I was already taking Vitamin C separately, and then purchased the multivitamin because the B12 seemed fine. However, I'm not sure about their effectiveness. While there wasn't a strong taste or smell initially, I did notice a slightly bitter flavor if I drank the mixture after letting it sit for a while. I bought mine at Olive Young during a sale, but even with the discount, it was still around 3,000-4,000 won per unit, which is pricey. The price has gone up by a few thousand won compared to last year. It seems like buying from other websites might be more cost-effective.
