The taste and aroma aren't drastically different from other vitamins. There's definitely a noticeable difference on days I take it versus days I don't. When I'm feeling low on energy, taking this seems to have a positive effect. It's convenient to take without water and easy to carry around. You're supposed to twist the cap just before consuming to release the powder, which is great for freshness. However, sometimes the cap doesn't open smoothly, preventing all the powder from coming out. Also, compared to the pink vitamin in the same line, the flavor is slightly bland.

I often used the pink Vitabaum product when I didn't have time for an IV drip but needed an energy boost. Personally, I felt the pink one had a more noticeable effect than the green, and I repurchased it several times. I was quite satisfied with it while taking it. It's quite expensive, so if you have the time, getting an IV drip at the hospital is more effective and long-lasting. Also, after trying Ortho Mol, a similar multi-vitamin, I rarely look for other options. When I took this, I made sure to consume a lot of vitamin C powder. With the green one, I also took B-complex vitamins. After buying the Vitamin B12 Plus and finding it satisfactory, I decided to purchase the multivitamin as well. I appreciated that both products were easy to take, with no strong taste or smell. While the Vitamin B was orange, I noticed this product was yellow. This multivitamin contains a wider variety of nutrients, including Vitamins A and C, making it a great choice for those looking for a comprehensive supplement. I initially bought the Vitamin B12 Plus since I was already taking Vitamin C separately, and then purchased the multivitamin because the B12 seemed fine. However, I'm not sure about their effectiveness. While there wasn't a strong taste or smell initially, I did notice a slightly bitter flavor if I drank the mixture after letting it sit for a while. I bought mine at Olive Young during a sale, but even with the discount, it was still around 3,000-4,000 won per unit, which is pricey. The price has gone up by a few thousand won compared to last year. It seems like buying from other websites might be more cost-effective.
