I love that I can get a high dose of B vitamins with this product The price is quite steep, costing about $5 per bottle, which feels a bit burdensome

It's a highly concentrated vitamin supplement, which explains the small size. The size is really tiny and it tastes awful. It's so bitter and medicinal that it's hard to swallow even that small amount. As you twist the cap with your hand, the yellow liquid comes out immediately. Make sure to shake it well to mix. On days when I'm feeling low on energy and need to focus, I always take this in the morning. It definitely helps prevent that midday drowsiness and fatigue. I love that I can take it without water! It's a bit pricey, unfortunately. While the effects are good, they're not extraordinary enough to justify the high cost. The taste is a bit odd and not really to my liking. However, it becomes more tolerable if you drink some water after taking it. I love that it comes in a lightweight plastic container that's easy to carry around. The powder and liquid formula means you can take it without water, which is super convenient.
