As a multivitamin, taking just one of these makes me feel like I've covered all my nutritional bases for the day. It gives me a sense of vitality. I feel more agile and quick on my feet, if that makes sense. That's been my experience. I also love the glass bottle it comes in. I'm not sure if it's just Solgar products in general, but these pills are huge. I'm afraid they might get stuck in my throat. Also, they have a noticeable smell when you take them. Unlike omega supplements where I don't notice the scent as much, these have a distinct odor.

I bought this because of its great ingredients. The price was slightly discounted at the time, and since Solgar is usually expensive, I seized the opportunity to purchase it. First off, the pill size was the largest I've ever seen in my life! It was so big I almost choked trying to swallow it. Given its high price, I don't think I'll be repurchasing.

You can easily purchase multivitamins at Olive Young First of all, the pills are really huge. When you first take them out, you'll be shocked twice - by their black color and their size.
