Pros
After taking it for about a month, I'm not sure about the hair condition or hair loss, but the nail nutrition part has definitely been effective! My nails used to tear and break easily, but they've become stronger and I can now cut and trim them, so I'm satisfied.
Cons
The pill size is not particularly small, and there are other brands with the same potency that can be purchased a little cheaper through direct import, so I was a bit hesitant. But I'm satisfied with Solgar.

With its high concentration, just taking one capsule a day is convenient and great. The size is similar to the regular capsules I'm used to, so it's not burdensome. As it's a plant-based capsule, it should be suitable for vegetarians as well. When I make sure to take it consistently, I definitely feel like my hair and nails are getting stronger and growing faster.
Cons
While it seems to be effective for hair and nails, whenever I just take biotin alone, I tend to get breakouts. So I'd take it for a week and then stop, and I'm not sure if it works well when taken consistently. It's not just this product, but even other biotin supplements I've tried in the past have caused me to break out.
