I think Solgar Biotin 5000 is working really well for me. It's great! There's nothing particularly disappointing about Solgar Biotin 5000. I like it!

It's from the Solgar brand, which is globally renowned, so many of my parents' supplements are from Solgar. In my opinion, among all supplements, vitamin C, vitamin B, and biotin seem to show the fastest results. If you take it consistently for over two months, you'll notice a significant decrease in hair loss and your nails become incredibly healthy. As someone who often had brittle nails, I could really feel the difference. Solgar is easily accessible through direct purchase, drugstores, department stores, etc., making it a great gift option as well. Since it's a higher-end brand, I tend to buy it when there are sales. I took these supplements because my nails were soft, and I'm really pleased that they've become noticeably stronger! I don't have any complaints personally, but some people say it causes blemishes. It worked fine for me though. This is a nutritional supplement to be taken after meals.

Unlike some others that caused skin blemishes, this didn't cause any issues and worked well. I can't think of any downsides to mention. The price is reasonable, and I'm completely satisfied with it.

After taking it for about a month, I'm not sure about the effects on hair texture or hair loss, but I can definitely say it's working wonders for my nail health! My nails used to split and break easily, but now they've become so strong that I can actually trim and shape them. I'm really happy with the results! The pill size isn't exactly small, and I did consider other brands with the same dosage that are slightly cheaper when buying directly from overseas. However, I'm ultimately satisfied with Solgar.
