You only need to take one capsule, and the size is just right, so there's no trouble swallowing. The scent isn't overpowering either. There weren't any particular downsides when taking it. This is really great! You only need to take one capsule, and they're small so they're easy to swallow. There's a unique scent to it, but I don't mind it - it's kind of earthy(?). With supplements, you don't usually see dramatic improvements, but rather notice the difference when you stop taking them. When I skip a few days, I feel incredibly tired. I love that it's vegan too! I received this as a birthday gift. Being British-made and not too large in size, it's easy to swallow. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but I've heard it's not widely available in stores.

It's convenient to take just one tablet a day. The size is about as small as a fingernail, so it's not overwhelming. It's packed with essential minerals like iron, zinc, folic acid, and calcium, which I think are necessary, making it a great all-in-one supplement. As far as I know, there's only one store in Gangnam, which makes it difficult for people living outside Seoul to access. That's probably the main drawback. It seems this British brand is quite popular. I received it as a gift and really enjoyed it! The downside is that it's not widely available in many places.
