The Korean version - it's like it never happened. I took these until they were discontinued. I really appreciated the individual packaging, which made them convenient to carry around. The effects aren't immediate, and I found myself using them more for maintenance rather than actual weight loss.

It comes in individual sachets, which makes it really convenient to carry around. Just because I took this, I didn't really feel like I gained less weight or lost any weight significantly.
