  Pros

  I love that it comes in an easy-to-take tablet form. It's even better that it's fragrance-free and odorless. I take it consistently, thinking of it as a daily tonic for my body. The ratio of ingredients is said to be the most ideal blend.

  Cons

  They run out quickly. I wish the package contained a bit more.

  Tip

  I take it along with Omega-3. I recall hearing that it's best to take it after meals or before bed.
