It's not a large size, so it lasts a long time once you buy it, which is why I include it in my routine I think it's better to take breaks occasionally to avoid building up a tolerance - na******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 29, 2023
I'm taking this supplement to help with magnesium replenishment and better sleep The pills are a bit large, making them difficult to swallow, and it's a hassle having to take multiple tablets - na*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 31, 2023
My whole family takes these consistently for joint health While I don't see dramatic results, I keep taking them regularly - sa*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 13, 2023
I love that I can take magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D all in one supplement. The price is also quite reasonable, which is a big plus. The pills are a bit on the larger side. Also, the dosage per pill is rather low, so you need to take multiple tablets to get the full benefit. - ev******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 12, 2023
It's convenient to get both magnesium and vitamin D in one supplement. I'm taking it because it's said to be well-absorbed by the body. I'm sharing these with my parents, and they're great value for money too. I haven't noticed any significant effects yet, but I'm consistently taking them. - su**********Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 12, 2023
Our bodies are truly honest, aren't they? As we age, suddenly our knees start to ache... While I'm not sure how much this will help, I figure it's better than not taking anything at all. The capsules are quite large. I imagine quite a few people might find them difficult to swallow. - kh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 12, 2023
The coral calcium extracted from coral reefs seems to be particularly beneficial for joint health There's not really any downside, but you need to take it for a long time to see results - mi*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 30, 2023
I love that it comes in an easy-to-take tablet form. It's even better that it's fragrance-free and odorless. I take it consistently, thinking of it as a daily tonic for my body. The ratio of ingredients is said to be the most ideal blend. They run out quickly. I wish the package contained a bit more. I take it along with Omega-3. I recall hearing that it's best to take it after meals or before bed. - my*****Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 30, 2023
I tried Natural Plus Coral Calcium & Magnesium 2:1 Plus for bone health. It's said to have good absorption since it's extracted from seaweed. You take one tablet twice a day. While I can't say I've noticed any dramatic effects, I think it's great for supplementing nutrients that are hard to get from diet alone. I don't really have any complaints about taking this supplement. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2023
I really appreciated the high concentration of active ingredients per product, especially considering its price is more affordable compared to similar items. The effectiveness is quite noticeable - I feel more energetic and my bones seem stronger. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. If I could offer a tip, since the container is quite large, it might be more convenient to divide it into smaller pill boxes for daily use.
