Great that it includes both probiotics and zinc. The taste is nice, on the sweeter side. The price is reasonable too. Each packet contains a generous amount of powder. The only downside is that it's so sweet, I can't help but worry about gaining weight unnecessarily.

As mentioned above, it's surprisingly difficult to take a whole packet at once. You need to drink a lot of water, and it sticks to your teeth. Eventually, I just couldn't bring myself to take it anymore. I ended up stopping after a few tries. The powder is quite voluminous and doesn't dissolve well in water, having a starch-like consistency.
