The combination of probiotics and garcinia components was beneficial for digestive health. On days when I overate, taking a sachet helped alleviate some guilt and showed good results. Due to the garcinia content, it's not suitable for pregnant women. I had to stop taking it when I became pregnant. 4 out of 5 stars. Reviews seem to be split between those who found it effective and those who didn't. In my experience, the results were quite satisfactory.
