I supplemented the B-complex vitamins that were lacking in Double X. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and I experienced no discomfort after taking them. I was really satisfied with this product, especially considering its price point! Nutrilite vitamins are generally small in size and easy to swallow (except for the Omega). I appreciated that it contains not only vitamins but also beneficial ingredients like niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, and biotin. I definitely noticed improvements in my skin and it helped a lot with fatigue. While I haven't found any major drawbacks yet, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. The pill size is on the smaller side, making it easy to swallow. There's hardly any feeling of it getting stuck in your throat! The pill color is slightly greenish, giving you that healthy supplement vibe. The smell is a bit funky... As I'm quite sensitive to scents, I hold my breath even before opening the lid and quickly gulp it down.

After taking this, I definitely noticed improved sleep and fewer mouth sores, which was great. I've been using it for 5 months now, and even canker sores from biting my cheek disappeared in just 3 days. My whole family is taking it together now. There's truly nothing to criticize. It's easy to swallow and works effectively.
