Delicious! It's easier to take than other vitamins since you don't need as many. It was pleasantly sweet and easy to take. I can't really think of any downsides.

It's not too sour, just the right amount of sweetness, and tastes delicious. I keep it in my bag and eat it whenever I feel like it. It gives me a sense of energy boost. While it feels like I'm getting an energy boost, I'm not sure if it actually increases my strength. I love that this is a powder form, unlike many pill-type supplements. I've had side effects from overdosing on vitamin C before, but this one has just the right amount, which is great. I wouldn't recommend this to people who don't handle sour tastes well.
