This is great when you want to take high doses of vitamin C. You can take it like drinking Lemona, but since I take high doses of vitamin C, I don't take it on an empty stomach and instead take it after meals. On tiring days, I sometimes take two packets instead of one, and I definitely feel more energized when I take high doses. The packet size is not too large, so it's easy to carry around in your pouch.

It was deliciously tart and sweet, so there was nothing disappointing about it.
