I've been taking this for about a month. I decided to try it since I was already taking Atomy iron supplements. I feel like my skin condition has improved a bit. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It reminds me of Lemona, so I enjoyed taking it. - ri********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 27, 2024
This is great when you want to get a high dose of vitamin C. You can take it just like you would Lemona, but since I'm consuming a high dose of vitamin C, I avoid taking it on an empty stomach and instead take it after meals. On particularly tiring days, I sometimes take two packets instead of one. It's definitely noticeable that taking a high dose gives me a boost of energy when I'm feeling sluggish. The packet size is compact, making it convenient to carry in your purse. It has a delightfully tangy-sweet taste, so I didn't really find anything to complain about. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 31, 2023
I love that I can get 2000mg of vitamin C in one go. It's perfect for when I'm craving a refreshing taste, and the individual packaging makes it super convenient to carry around. Personally, I find the 2000mg vitamin C product a bit too sour. If I take it all at once, it can upset my stomach, so I have to split the dose. That makes me less inclined to use it regularly. - 06******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 27, 2023
It feels like it's improving my quality of life, and I find myself making sure to take it regularly. It's quite tart for my taste, but I guess I'll have to endure it for the sake of my health. - sy********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 12, 2023
As someone who loves tangy flavors, I find this so refreshingly delicious that I could eat it multiple times a day! It's what gets me through the weekday grind. No complaints at all! Since I started taking this product, the frequency of canker sores has significantly decreased, which is fantastic! It might cause some discomfort if taken on an empty stomach - wi*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 18, 2023
A delightfully tangy and sweet flavor! If you enjoy sour tastes, this is highly recommended. I loved it, but my parents couldn't handle it as well, haha! It seems a bit on the pricey side... I wish it were a little more affordable. - i4***Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 30, 2023
I love that this powdered Vitamin C has a slightly sweet and tangy flavor, making it more enjoyable to take than regular vitamins. There's not really anything to complain about! The only minor inconvenience is that it can be a bit tough to open the packaging, but that's about it. - ll*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 24, 2023
I've heard that mega-dosing vitamin C is beneficial, so I've increased my intake from 500mg to 2000mg! Vitamin C seems to work well for me. I can definitely feel an energy boost almost immediately when taking the 2000mg dose! I plan to keep taking it consistently since it's said to be great for antioxidants, fatigue recovery, and boosting the immune system. I especially recommend it for those with weakened immune systems or who are feeling tired! Also, while I apply vitamin C topically to my skin, I believe that oral consumption allows for much better absorption. It seems like taking vitamin C supplements could be essential! If you buy from Atomy, it's about 30,000 won for 90 packets, which works out to around 10,000 won per month - pretty cost-effective. If you're a member, you can even get points back! It's quite sweet and tangy. I think it could have been a bit less sweet. It feels like it might spike your blood sugar right away when you eat it! It might not suit those who don't like sweet things. The taste is similar to Lemona! Also, it's a bit annoying that you have to take vitamin C after eating something. Make sure to eat at least a small snack before taking it, otherwise you might get an upset stomach! I think combining mega-dosing vitamin C with using vitamin C skincare products could have a synergistic effect on the skin. Since multivitamins also contain vitamin C, I take them at different times rather than together! - ya*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2023
Personally, I found the taste quite enjoyable. If you're a fan of vitamin-flavored products, you'll likely find this delicious. While it might not be a well-known product, I can't find any other drawbacks worth mentioning.
