Unlike other diet aids that often upset my stomach, this one doesn't cause any discomfort. I've noticed subtle but positive effects. When the red version was discontinued and replaced with a pink one, I tried the new color. Unfortunately, the pink version causes stomach irritation and doesn't seem to be as effective. I really wish they'd bring back the red version. Other supplements upset my stomach, and this was the only one I could tolerate, but now it's not showing much effect.
