  Pros

  I tried these probiotics because they offer dual benefits for both gut and skin health. Due to my skin allergies, I took them for 3 months. While I didn't experience a dramatic, miraculous disappearance of my allergies, I did notice less itchy skin while taking them. The once-daily sachet made it convenient to take, and the mild yogurt flavor was pleasant. I appreciated the careful packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness.
