I bought and tried these before getting Lacto-fit. Since they contain vaginal-derived probiotics, I think they're beneficial. They taste refreshingly delicious! The price isn't exactly budget-friendly. It would be great if they were a bit more affordable.

It's delicious! I make sure to take one packet every morning on an empty stomach. It seems to help a bit with my gas issues. I don't have yeast infections or regular discharge, so I don't notice much difference compared to regular probiotics!
