I'll never buy the GR&N series again. It's just not worth the money.

I can't think of any positives. Among all the diet supplements I've tried, this was the least effective. Granted, I didn't take it consistently, but at least the green one helped with bowel movements. The pink and light pink series were so ineffective that I felt like I completely wasted my money.
