Among all the diet supplements I've tried, this was the least effective. Granted, I didn't take it consistently, but at least the green one helped with bowel movements. The pink and light pink series were so ineffective that I felt like I completely wasted my money. I'll never buy the GR&N series again. It's just not worth the money.

However, the container is super cute and pink! The taste is awful. Even a tiny bit makes you not want to take it. I had to hold my nose to swallow them. Definitely won't buy again...

This one was the latter type. The green and pink varieties didn't taste good either, but this one tasted even worse... It's a flavor I never want to experience again.
