This product is a real bargain. You can get it at places like Costco for the best value. Foreign supplements tend to have larger pills. My mom had to crush them to take them.

True to Costco's style, this product comes in a large size, perfect for stocking up and enjoying over time. There's nothing major to complain about, honestly. The only thing might be its lack of portability? The nutrient content is quite rich, so this one supplement could potentially replace the need for other vitamins. While it's not always the case with supplements from this line, occasionally taking them on an empty stomach can cause some queasiness. Apart from that, there's really nothing to complain about. The quantity is substantial, and it's suitable for all ages, so one bottle can provide nutrition for the whole family. If you're only buying vitamins, it's actually more cost-effective to purchase them online rather than going to the store in person. You save on travel expenses and time. Great value for money with a generous amount at an affordable price. It's packed with all the essential nutrients, making it a cost-effective product. I was skeptical at first about whether this actually works, but after taking it consistently for about 3 weeks, I think it does have some effect. During that time, I was unsure if it was really doing anything. But then I forgot to take it for about a week, and I genuinely felt more tired and drained more quickly. It was then that I realized it had been working. There's not really anything bad to say... If I had to nitpick, the pills are a bit large and the smell isn't great. But it's not unbearable by any means.

It's affordable and comes in a generous size, so you can take it liberally without worrying about running out The pills are quite large, so be careful when swallowing to avoid choking
