My skin tends to be sensitive when I'm tired, with my lips chapping first, but after taking this Vitamin B complex for a week, I start seeing changes in my skin. I can gradually feel my overall condition improving too. Great value for the price! I've found that when all B-complex vitamins are combined in one bottle, they tend to oxidize more easily. Given the low price, I suppose it's understandable, but individually wrapped doses would be even better if possible. Store in a ziplock bag to prevent oxidation!
