I received this as a gift and it definitely helped with weight management. I've lost a bit of weight. It would have been better if individually packaged. That's my only complaint. It feels like I'm letting go of some guilt in my mind. My bowel movements have become more regular, and when I take it right after eating, I definitely feel a sense of fullness that seems to last longer. The white kidney bean extract is a major plus as it helps cut carbs. While it doesn't make you lose weight on its own, it seems to prevent further weight gain. The fact that you have to take 3 pills twice a day... It's just a tiny bit inconvenient. Take immediately after meals!

I appreciate that this product isn't individually wrapped, which reduces excessive plastic use and is better for the environment. Having to take it twice a day, three pills at a time, totaling six pills daily, feels excessively inconvenient. I wonder why they couldn't have made it just one pill twice a day? That would have been sufficient. Also, with so many weight management supplements on the market these days, a product needs to stand out either with exceptional, high-quality natural ingredients or with a competitive price. If you're looking to lose weight, it's best to simply eat less and exercise more. While this product may provide some psychological comfort, I think it's important to determine if green tea catechins actually work well for you personally. In my experience, diet supplements tend to vary greatly in effectiveness from person to person. I bought this because it contains green tea catechins, which are said to help reduce body fat. It also has vitamins, which is a nice bonus! Since it's called a 'calorie cutter', it does help alleviate some of the guilt while eating, haha! There's nothing major to complain about, but the fact that you have to take 3 pills at a time? And twice a day, so that's a total of 6 pills daily... ugh, lol.
