The effects are truly remarkable. There's a noticeable difference between taking it and not taking it. The smell is really awful, so it takes a lot of willpower to consume it. Plus, it's quite expensive.

I've been taking B-complex vitamins for fatigue recovery and canker sores, but a friend recommended Solgar's product. I bought it online earlier this year and have been taking it for a few months. I definitely feel less tired on days when I remember to take it, so I believe it's effective. Despite being in capsule form, it seems to take longer to dissolve in the body as I noticed it's excreted in urine later compared to other B vitamins I've taken. Also, the smell is a bit stronger than the pills I used before, which is a bit disappointing. Since vitamins are water-soluble and absorb better on an empty stomach, it's recommended for those without digestive issues to take them first thing in the morning. My husband takes his right after drinking water when he wakes up.
