  I bought this product to take care of my eye health. You can sometimes find it on clearance sites like Imall for a good deal. Taking these helps improve dry eye symptoms. I'm not experiencing age-related vision issues yet, so I can't speak to its effectiveness for focus adjustment, but I did notice my eyes feeling more comfortable overall.
