I absolutely love that this supplement contains lutein, which I consistently take for eye health, along with zeaxanthin in the perfect golden ratio of 5:1! If you're concerned about macular health, I highly recommend this product without a doubt! I bought these to take care of my eyes. After taking them consistently, I feel like my eyes are less tired. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. I'll keep taking them regularly. Hope you sell a lot!

I bought this after watching a pharmacist's YouTube video... To be honest, I've only taken a few and stopped, so I'm not sure about its effectiveness There must be a reason why I stopped taking it... I feel like I fell for the advertising hype
