I bought this after getting a recommendation from the pharmacy when I mentioned having trouble sleeping. It's easy to take, even for people who struggle with swallowing pills. The price is quite steep, so I don't think I'll be able to take it long-term.

I discovered the Greenstore brand through their 'Sleep On' product, and it's been a game-changer! There was a time when insomnia had me struggling to get even 2 hours of sleep before work. Or I'd wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep, tossing and turning until dawn. This was almost a daily occurrence. But since I started taking this supplement, I've been getting truly restful sleep. I'm still taking it along with theanine. While it may not induce the deepest slumber, it definitely helps achieve a deep sleep state. What I love most is that it's safe for long-term use without building tolerance or side effects. Being made from natural plant-based ingredients, it seems gentle on both skin and body. I'm thrilled that I can improve and manage my sleep quality, and I plan to continue taking it regularly. This is absolutely a must-have product that should never be discontinued! If I had to nitpick, I wish it were a bit more affordable. Taking it with theanine before bed really helps you achieve a deep sleep.
