I used to find vitamin pills a bit overwhelming, but these are so much easier to take since they're like gummies. They taste great too, which makes it easy to remember to take them regularly. When I'm feeling tired and pop one, I'm not sure if it's just psychological, but I do feel like my fatigue eases up a bit. Some of the ingredients seem to be present in rather low amounts, so it's probably best to think of this as a dietary supplement rather than a primary source of nutrients.

First off, it's delightfully sweet and tangy, making it quite tasty. Plus, for some reason, it gives me this feeling of becoming healthier. First off, they're delicious! The best part is I look forward to taking them every day because they taste so good. It doesn't feel like taking medicine at all, more like enjoying a tasty jelly treat! I've actually eaten more than one on occasion because they're so delicious. However, the instructions do warn against consuming more than two. Nothing negative to report! They're perfect for gifting and easy to remember to take daily, which is why I've been consistently using this product! It's a bit disappointing that you can only take two per day. One reason is they're beautiful. As you can see, they've nailed the color - the vibrant, plump appearance of the gummies is so satisfying! I tend to feel anemic in the mornings, so I need to take something. These vitamin gummies have been helpful - I can start my day without any issues after eating them! Since they're gummies, I can eat them as a snack rather than setting aside time like with pills. I'm so satisfied that after finishing 5 bottles, I've bought 5 more! These make a wonderful gift for your loved ones who are concerned about their health but find taking pills bothersome.
