The pill size is average. Those who have difficulty swallowing pills might need to drink plenty of water! I've been consistently taking various cranberry capsules for urinary tract infections. However, this product has been the most effective. It's definitely reducing the frequency of UTIs and easing abdominal discomfort. I started taking this after a urinary tract infection because urinating was uncomfortable. I hope it helps. The capsule form makes it convenient to take. I don't have any particular complaints, but since it contains berry extract, it seems to be on the pricier side.
