First off, despite containing lutein, it's surprisingly affordable. The small, compact size makes it easy to swallow. It's an eye health supplement that even includes astaxanthin. I can definitely feel a reduction in eye dryness. It's one of the supplements I'm consistently taking. Plus, there's no unpleasant smell, which is great. There's not really anything to complain about. Due to the company's policy, they don't do much advertising or promotion, so I think it's a product that's hard to discover. I appreciated the long shelf life and the opportunity to consume astaxanthin, which is less common than lutein. As expected from Habitual products, it offers excellent value for money. When taking supplements, there are times when you're consistent and times when you're not. With this product, I found the capsules hardened faster than other brands, making them inconvenient to take out and consume. I've settled on Habitual for my essential lutein supplement because the price is unbeatable Due to the low price, the quantity is small, so I found myself going through it rather quickly I take my lutein supplement right before bed

I've been taking these daily for over 3 months in the evening. They're small, so they're easy to remember to take, and they don't have any smell, which made them really convenient! Astaxanthin is a much rarer ingredient than lutein and is said to be excellent for eye cell antioxidation. You're doing well by taking this supplement. My parents take these and say the capsules are small, making them easy to swallow. While they're not individually packaged, my parents don't see it as a big issue. I'm absolutely thrilled that the pills are so small, and the price is satisfying too! I wish they'd make a larger quantity. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied.

The only issue is that sometimes too many pills come out at once. I've accidentally spilled them once, so a slightly smaller opening would be better.
