I definitely feel like taking vitamins boosts my immunity and gives me more energy! I take them consistently. Since it's a comprehensive multivitamin, I don't need to bother with other supplements, which is convenient. I'm satisfied because I feel less fatigued. What's great about this one is that it's specially formulated for women, so many of my friends take it too, which gives me confidence in using it.
Cons
The only real issue is... the pills are quite large, so I'm honestly a bit scared they might get stuck in my throat when I swallow them. I wish they were just a tad smaller!

It's great that I can experience multiple vitamin groups in one product.

However, it's not effective. I don't see any noticeable bodily reaction, so it doesn't seem to be working.
