I started taking these in my twenties and gradually got used to them. This multivitamin makes you want to come back to it even after trying other products. Once you finish a bottle, you might switch to something else, but you'll find yourself returning to this one. There's a noticeable difference when I take them - I feel less tired in the afternoons. It's become my driving force to get through the day comfortably without relying on caffeine. Plus, I love how it makes my hair feel silky smooth without needing any extra hair products. The distinctive smell of multivitamins can be a bit off-putting. Moreover, the pills are quite large, making them difficult to swallow. Taking them on an empty stomach can cause nausea, and some ingredients may not be absorbed properly. I definitely feel like taking vitamins boosts my immunity and gives me more energy! I take them consistently. The yellow oval pill is larger than I expected. While I prefer tablets to powder forms and can manage swallowing them, it's worth noting that these aren't exactly small in size. I've attached a photo comparing the vitamin and mineral content labeled for men and women across 13 types. Comparing Once Daily (for the whole family), For Men (tailored for men), and For Women (tailored for women), I found that all 13 vitamins are common across the formulations, with slight variations in amounts. Minerals like zinc, manganese, selenium, iodine, molybdenum, copper, and chromium are present in all versions. The For Women formula includes additional calcium and magnesium. The Once Daily (family version) includes 15mg of iron, which is 125% of the daily recommended intake.
