I definitely felt less fatigue and my energy recovery was much better than before taking it! Since it's 'ultra potency', the vitamin content seems to be quite high, so I could tell if I took it or not based on how often I had to use the restroom.
Cons
When I purchased this product, there were two similar-looking options on 11st. One had a calcium content that was too high, so I had to be careful before taking it. The product reviews on 11st explain this well. The one I took had the exact same name and design, but the capsules were a grayish color, quite large and difficult to swallow, and had a pungent odor.
