Pros
Alive seems to be a decent and well-known comprehensive multivitamin. It's apparently recommended by pharmacies as well!! There's definitely a noticeable difference on the days I take it versus the days I don't.
Cons
The capsules are quite large, and while other supplements don't cause any stomach discomfort, this product in particular gives me severe heartburn, so I had to stop taking it. ㅜㅜ

I think of Centrum and this product as the top two when it comes to supplements, so I trust and take it! It's also a good price when I buy it from Costco, so I really like it.
