I've been taking vitamin C supplements from various brands for nearly a decade, believing it's essential for daily intake. This particular one has a high vitamin content, making it great for combating fatigue. The price point seems quite reasonable too. The pills are enormous, which makes them challenging to swallow. I bought this vitamin C supplement because it was advertised as safe to take on an empty stomach in the morning. I didn't experience any stomach discomfort. The downside is that it oxidizes quickly. Perfect as a gift, though it's on the pricier side. It has a luxurious feel to it. It would be great if it were a bit more affordable. Other than that, everything about it is wonderful.

It's hard to tell if it's actually improving my health... I can't really feel any difference The pills are quite large, making them quite challenging to swallow. I wouldn't necessarily recommend them You might want to reconsider this one
