The biggest advantage seems to be the absence of any discomfort. There's nothing bothersome about it. I haven't found any drawbacks or shortcomings. I'm using it well. - dk****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
Omega-3 is a must-have supplement, so I've tried several. While it doesn't have extraordinary benefits, this one isn't fishy and is quite palatable. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, but there's also no compelling reason to choose this specific product over others. - on*****Normal SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 30, 2023
I bought this when the price was reasonable, as I've heard omega-3 is beneficial in many ways. It's disappointing that I haven't noticed any significant effects yet. - oh*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
The ingredients seem to exceed the recommended amount, which I think is great. Highly recommended! To prevent building up a tolerance, I think it's even better to take occasional breaks between uses. - pa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
When I'm feeling tired, taking this along with red ginseng really does the trick Being supercritical extracted and plant-based, it's pricier than regular omega supplements - ki********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityNov 30, 2023
I took this supplement for four months starting in early September last year, but unfortunately, I couldn't really feel any noticeable effects. After extensive research, I finally decided to make the big purchase. However, the capsules themselves had a fishy smell, and as I continued taking them, I developed bad breath. Towards the end, I could barely manage to take them sporadically. While it's considerably more expensive compared to other brands, even the best supplement is useless if it doesn't work for you. Since everyone's body reacts differently, I'd recommend those interested in trying it to start with just a one-month supply. I tried all the suggested tips, but nothing could prevent the bad breath from developing. - gr********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedNov 30, 2023
It seems to have the mildest fishy smell among the options. Even if I experienced some reflux, it wasn't too severe. It's expensive, and although it had the least fishy odor, it still had some. I'm considering giving up on omega-3 supplements altogether... - Hwahae UserDry SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 30, 2023
As someone who's really sensitive to fishy smells, this is probably the least noticeable one I've tried The price and size... First off, they're really big and hard to swallow. Plus, I think they're quite expensive compared to other omega-3 supplements. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 30, 2023
I bought this because I heard RTG was good, and I'm pleased that it doesn't have any smell. The price is astronomical, but I keep taking it thinking it must be expensive because it's effective. - jm*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
No fishy smell and an all-around excellent product! Love that they're individually packaged. I make sure to take my Omega-3 daily, and this one's a winner! The downside is the high price, typical of vitamins. You really need to stock up during sales.
