Unfortunately, I didn't notice any improvement in my blemishes.

When I first received it and tried it out, my skin felt a bit tight, but it did make my skin feel super soft and smooth! I'm not sure what the scent is exactly, but it definitely wasn't that typical 'cosmetic' smell. The lather is really impressive!
