Great value for money! It's convenient to get both Omega-3 and Vitamin D in one go. Most supplements can be taken in a single dose, but this one requires two pills. The effects are so-so - not ineffective, but nothing extraordinary.

My eyes tend to get very dry during the transition from fall to winter (it's been 15 years since my LASEK surgery), but when I take this product, it seems to help. That's why I'm consistently using it. I can't really think of any drawbacks. There's no strong smell, and the size is easy to swallow.

Plus, it helps with blood circulation and provides Vitamin D and A intake. It's convenient and beneficial to get omega fatty acids and vitamins in one go. Since its effectiveness has been recognized, I'm taking it with confidence! Aren't the pills a bit too large to take two at once? I tried this product because of its famous advertising. The individual packaging is a nice feature. It doesn't contain a high amount of Vitamin D, so you might need to take additional supplements.

The small size of the pills made them easy to swallow, so taking them was convenient. I didn't really notice any specific benefits from this supplement. It was just okay. The pill size is just right, and it's convenient to get both vitamin D and omega-3 in one supplement. I really like how easy it is to take. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it. I didn't find any specific drawbacks.
