1) It contains milk thistle and a simple B-complex vitamin with 6 types, as well as vitamin E, and the cost-effectiveness is not bad, so it's a nutritional supplement I always make sure to take.
2) They said the pills are large, but since I'm already used to the big GNC pills, I was fine with it. You only need to take one pill a day.
